Appointments

Appointments are typically 45 to 60 minutes in length and are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on individual needs. If you’re unable to attend or expect to be more than 15 to 20 minutes late, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible so that appropriate adjustments can be made.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel up to three sessions within 12 months at no charge. This 12-month window begins on the date of your initial session. After three late cancellations or no-shows, clients will be responsible for the full session fee for any missed appointments. If there is no contact for 60 consecutive days or more, the case will be considered inactive and closed. We will make every reasonable effort to contact you during that time before officially closing the case.

Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards, processed securely through Ivy Pay. For clients using insurance, any applicable copays or out-of-pocket expenses will be collected at each session.
